At the time of booking, 50% of your  payment will be required to secure your date + signing of the Rental Agreement. The remaining payment will be required the day prior to delivery. 

Each tent set-up is around 6 feet long and 3 feet wide. We are able to offer different configurations to work with your space, however, we ask that all furniture is moved beforehand. 

"The Canopy" space depends on the number of sleepers. However 6 sleepers needs at least 21' of space (in length) to accomodate.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance of your party to ensure theme availability.

Depending on your party size, it will take 1-2 hours for set-up, less for take-down and pick-up. 

We will work with you to schedule a set-up and pick-up time that works best with your schedule. 

We also ask that you do not move / stack items prior to pick-up unless discussed beforehand. 

We currently offer sleepover experiences for 7 (one child per tent), and "The Canopy" can accommodate up to 12* sleepers. *May be dependent on theme choice.

As a business owner (and a mom), its important that our items are not only clean but safe. That's why all linens are cleaned with hypo-allergenic, natural detergent after each use. Additional materials are disinfected after each party. For hygiene purposes, all children must provide their own pillow for sleeping. We also aim to make this experience as easy on you as possible, so no need to strip the beds after your party—leave that to us! 

We all LOVE our pets, but pets are not allowed near the designated event location(s). The requested venue must also be a smoke-free environment. 

Feel free to enjoy popcorn, candy or other dry snacks in our tents during your celebration, however, please be mindful of our damage policy as it relates to stains, breaks or rips to our items. 

We understand that life happens and plans change. Although we are unable to offer refunds if a cancellation is made within 7 days of booking, you will be able to use your deposit to book for another preferred date.

A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if items are returned with excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, nail polish, slime, etc. as determined by On Cloud 920.
